Return & Exchange Conditions

1、Items purchased online (excluding gifts) are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from the day you've received all your items

2、Products must be unused, undamaged, and accompanied by all original tags and their original packaging. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for all fees, and no refunds will be issued.

3、For our customers in the United States, Europe, and United Kingdom, we offer free returns and exchanges. If you need a prepaid shipping label, please contact us first.

4、For customers from the African region, an additional fee of $20 is required for returns, Alternatively, customers have the option to manage the return shipping arrangements on their own.

5、If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

6、If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
