Determined to spare their customers such tragedies, Kevin and Cassie embarked on a quest to find superior wig materials. They traveled to India, Myanmar, and various provinces in China, meticulously testing and selecting raw materials while overseeing factory production processes and product development. After eight years of relentless effort, industry research, and dedication, they founded the ENCHARM.
